Stephanie Carletta is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience providing individualized care where you are genuinely understood and your unique experiences are at the forefront of your work together.
Her approach is distinguished by a blend of medication management, integrative therapies, and lifestyle interventions, all tailored to meet your needs in a way that feels right for you. Having completed an Integrative Psychiatry fellowship and advanced training with the Obesity Medicine Association, she utilizes a combination approach of functional medicine, root cause interventions, and western medicine to create personalized treatment plans that help you achieve optimal health and functioning.
She has a particular passion for women’s health across the lifespan, including hormones, fertility, perinatal care, and peri- and postmenopausal care. Her expertise extends to addressing inflammatory conditions, gastrointestinal health, and their connections to mental health and autoimmunity. She is dedicated to exploring unexplained symptomatology with a curious and passionate lens, helping you uncover the underlying factors that impede your well-being.
With a Master’s degree from Stony Brook University and a diverse background in mental health care, I am well-equipped to support a wide range of mental health conditions including Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and Bipolar Disorder. Adam DeNault pmhnp-bc
Adam DeNault is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over nine years of experience in the mental health field across the lifespan. He has worked with patients 8-101 years old with the treatment of depression, anxiety, mood disorders, primary psychotic disorders, PTSD, ADHD, personality disorders, eating disorders, substance use disorders, and more. In his time as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse, he has focused on improving the patient experience through partnership and client driven treatment planning.
Adam is passionate about de-stigmatizing the use of mental health services. He believes that our mental health and physical health are equal partners and therefore deserve equal respect, for when one suffers, both suffer. He strives to provide a safe environment for you to heal and grow. He utilizes a compassion-driven, collaborative and personal approach to treatment. He strives to get to know you and understand your personal, mental and physical goals. Most importantly, he want to empower you to achieve them. He believes you are the leader in this journey and he is there to provide you with the tools to succeed.
Adam holds his Master’s Degree from the University of Rochester, and Bachelors’ degrees from the University of Pittsburgh and University of Rochester. Adam is prepared to provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, functional testing and basic blood work for clients of all ages.
Rachelle Buchanan pmhnp-bc
Rachelle Buchanan, PMHNP, is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner recognized for blending her counseling experience with her medical knowledge to provide an integrated service for her clients. Rachelle is dually educated, earning a master's degree in community counseling from Regis University and her master's degree in psychiatric nursing from the University of Rochester. She has received post-master education in art and play therapy, trauma-informed care, dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, and substance use/misuse. Her experience is across the lifespan, and her passion is to serve children, teens, and their families. She has experience treating developmental disorders, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and trauma-related disorders.
Rachelle believes that mental health and medicine should be treated as one entity, with the body and mind connected to achieve wellness. She relies on the science of brain development and current research to support her clients' goals. She understands that each individual is the expert on their experience and works as a partner and advocate. Rachelle creatively combines therapeutic interventions, education, lifestyle, and medicine to support her clients in achieving authentic living. Her welcoming and compassionate nature makes working with Rachelle relaxing and worry-free.
