PAYMENT OPTIONS
At Equilibrium, we are a private pay practice and accept out-of-pocket payments for appointments. However, we do provide receipts that fulfill the necessary requirements for insurance reimbursement, should your insurance plan offer out- of- network benefits. We also accept HSA cards for payment.
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING
Some of our practitioners do have limited weekend and later evening hours for our clients’ convenience. You will find that we as a team allow for flexible scheduling to best meet you needs
